It's not only about carrying bags. It's also about opening doors, holding chairs, and a bunch of other behaviors that says "lady first". Guys, do you mind carrying your girlfriend's or wife's handbag? And girls, do you want to feel that you're being taken care of by men, or feel equal with them?

of course, guys should do that for us girls, just as we often say " lady firse". And also, such kind of behaviors should be done willingly, otherwise, it's meaningless for us. What we want to see is the care from our bfs, not the behaviors.

My female friends usually carry their bags by themself. But when their bags are heavy or too many, I will tell them I would like to carry the bags and they also like to free their hands for more shopping:)
Btw, but for female handbags, or something like that, I never carry them. it's just weird!

well it is ok for me to enjoy the priority,cause in china most of the men tend to behave like this only for pretty women,or their girl friend,OR they want something from u : )
and it is also ok for me if the guys dont offer this kind of behavior, i'm a big girl,i can take care myself !! but i dont appreciate some guy who have no manner at all,just put his priority in front of others!!! it's so rude

and about the female bags,it's not even heavy after all,and besides,most girls choose the bags according to theirs clothes as a complete outfit,why need a man to carry it?

i don't think it's necessary for males to carry bags for females. Also, i believe girls nowadays could take care of themselves well. Anyway, if boys do, they would leave girls very good impressions, cuz it means he has a good manner.

To be frank, I don't really mind helping carry the handbags of my female friends If it's ok for a short while, especially when they are too occupied with other things or go to the toilet. But if it's for long, it's not that good since I have nothing to do with them. They are not my girlfriend. lol.

If the guy looks sissy, he will look so even without the bag.

No harm helping actually

I don't like to do that kind of thing

some body thinks that they should carry bag for girls,yes ,that's pretty good .
but sometime you may be find it's really how to say nausea .
what's most gay do just for the love of the the girl or their gf. but why they don't by themslves
