    Topic 0117 skyscrapers race

Many districts in Beijing are racing to build taller and more impressive skyscrapers. However, some experts point out that while such landmark buildings might increase the value of the land in the neighboring areas, no one has done research on how extensive the benefits will be and what potential risks they could bring. What do you think?

Do those Impressive skyscrapers increase the value of the land nearby ? well,That's yet another reason to interpret why the price of real estate has risen so high recently. It' unforeseeable that the real estate merchants and retailers have staged for years to begin their dirty game where they put their hands into the  wallets of the civilians and took away their money.  In addtion, the exceedingly high buiding may  bring  enomous potiential risks rather than the mere benefits.Considering the potiential earthquake ,they are by no mean worth being erected.

During times of intensified skyscrapers race between New York, Shanghai, Dubai, Beijing - or whatever are these Tower of Babel plagiats/Phallus symbols - it´s great to notice that Cuba has at least sense of irony while constructing the World´s Biggest Rag DollSmile
