This sounds honest and spontaneus to me. Well, 26 degree below zero in Xinjiang. It has been about 10 to 35 degrees below zero in Finland during over month. The circumstances and the infrastructure in Xinjiang have been worse than in Finland, however. My best regards to people of Xinjuang and comrade Wen
