    Topic 1119 Break-up leave

A Shanghai-based company has introduced something called 'break-up leave'. The employees can enjoy two days leave if they break up with their girlfriend or boyfriend. People who get divorced are entitled to three days leave. What do you think of this idea? Do you think it should be adopted by more companies?

Well, if my company has such policies I would have the break-up leave monthly haha~~~

On the one hand, it is hard to tell some one broke up or not; on the other hand, it may be embarrassed to someone who have the leave, at least for me haha~~~just imagine, when you have the day off, then everybody in the company would know that you end up with your partner......

That´s no good for the surplus value for the owners. Getting the boot is much better than any 'break-up leave' for such cases. Work and romances should be strictly kept apart in business contexts!
